By accessing or using the Health Policy Analysis Toolkit (the "Toolkit"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the Toolkit.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, data, analyses, and visualizations generated by the Toolkit are the intellectual property of the Health Systems Innovation Lab at Harvard University (the "Lab"). The proprietary framework, tools, and methodologies used in the Toolkit are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
3. Permissible Use
The Toolkit is provided solely for educational, analytical, and research purposes. Users are prohibited from:
- Reproducing, distributing, or modifying the Toolkit or its outputs without prior written consent.
- Using the Toolkit for unauthorized commercial purposes or redistribution.
- Misrepresenting or omitting attribution to the Lab in any use or reference to the Toolkit or its outputs.
4. Attribution Requirement
All analyses, plots, and outputs generated by the Toolkit must be attributed to the Health Systems Innovation Lab, Harvard University. Users are strictly prohibited from using these outputs without clear and proper acknowledgment of the Lab as the source.
